Terms and conditions<\/h2>\n

On this page you will find the terms and conditions for staying at Ulslev Strandcamping.<\/p>\n

Security deposit<\/a><\/p>\n

When booking a seasonal pitch, a deposit of DKK 1000 is paid. This is not refundable if you do not<\/strong> wish to use the pitch.<\/p>\n

Lease agreement<\/a><\/p>\n

The rental is only valid for the persons included in the rental agreement.<\/p>\n

Guests<\/a><\/p>\n

The lessee is obliged to ensure that guests are reported to the reception immediately upon arrival, this applies to both day guests and overnight guests. Guests are not allowed to drive onto the site, but must park in the parking lot. Day guests staying on site after 23:00 are considered overnight guests and will be charged the normal overnight fee. Violations may result in expulsion.<\/p>\n

Quiet<\/a><\/p>\n

The site must be quiet between 23:00 and 7:00<\/p>\n

Lending<\/a><\/p>\n

If you need to borrow the vehicle, please inform the information desk. Guests must be registered as regular campers. Campers and pay the regular. Overnight fee. Power consumption is attributed to the site’s meter.<\/p>\n

Subletting & resale<\/a><\/p>\n

Subletting or resale of the pitch is not allowed.<\/p>\n

Electricity consumption<\/a><\/p>\n

Electricity consumption is paid per meter. Full season pitches must hand in the reading of the electricity meter by 30\/6 no later than the following Saturday. Spring and Autumn pitches are settled at the end of the season.<\/p>\n

Placement of trailer<\/a><\/p>\n

According to fire regulations, there must be a minimum of 3 meters between two caravans (not including tow bars). The rear of the caravan is placed min. 30 cm. From the pole, place the car to the right of the caravan.<\/p>\n

Maintenance of the caravan<\/a><\/p>\n

The rented pitch must be kept in a neat and tidy condition at all times. It is the tenant’s responsibility to keep the grass down and to cut the edges around the caravan and awning. Lawn mowers can be borrowed from us.<\/p>\n

At the end of the season, the pitch must appear as it did on arrival, i.e. the grass must be cut. The landlord is not liable for any items left behind – including caravans\/tents. Any items left behind will be removed at the tenant’s expense.<\/p>\n

Tidying up<\/a><\/p>\n

One caravan, one awning and one tool tent per pitch is permitted. The pitch must be left in a neat and tidy condition each time. This means that windbreaks are taken down, bicycles and dinghies are placed behind the caravan and beer crates and other items are removed each time you leave the pitch.<\/p>\n

Litter and waste<\/a><\/p>\n

Containers for glass, bottles, daily waste and barrels for hot coals have been set up in the south and north.<\/p>\n

Disposal of all other waste is the responsibility of the tenant.<\/p>\n

Vehicle<\/a><\/p>\n

There is a maximum of 1 vehicle per pitch, vehicles must be kept within the camping unit.<\/p>\n

Dog on the pitch<\/a><\/p>\n

Dogs are allowed on site, but must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs must be walked outside the campsite – or in the dog-free area by the ball fields. Dog waste is also removed in the verge along Strandvejen.<\/p>\n

Doubts, rule breaking and violations<\/h2>\n

If there are any doubts regarding the lease, the camp manager’s decision is decisive. Violation of one or more rules will be considered a breach of the rental agreement, and the tenant will then be immediately expelled from the site without any form of refund. The lease is non-cancellable during the current period, which is why there will be no form of financial compensation in the event of untimely vacating.
