Conditions and regulations

When booking a seasonal pitch, a deposit of DKK 1000 is paid, which is non-refundable in case you do not wish to make use of the pitch.

The rental is only valid for the persons included in the rental agreement.

The lessee is obliged to ensure that guests report to the reception immediately upon arrival, this applies to both day guests and overnight guests. Guests are not allowed to drive onto the site, but must park in the parking lot. Day guests staying on site after 23:00 are considered overnight guests and will be charged the normal overnight fee. Violations may result in expulsion.

The site must be quiet between 23:00 and 7:00

If the vehicle is loaned out, please inform the information desk. Guests must be registered as regular campers. Campers and pay the regular. Overnight fee. Power consumption is attributed to the site’s meter.

Subletting or resale of the pitch is not allowed.

Electricity consumption is paid per meter. Full-season pitches must hand in the electricity meter reading by June 30 no later than the following Saturday. Spring and Autumn pitches are settled at the end of the season.

According to fire regulations, there must be a minimum of 3 meters between two caravans (excluding tow bars). The rear of the caravan is placed min. 30 cm. From the pole, place the car to the right of the caravan.

The rented pitch must be kept in a neat and tidy condition at all times. It is the tenant’s responsibility to keep the grass down and to cut the edges around the caravan and awning. Lawn mowers can be borrowed from us.

At the end of the season, the pitch must appear as it did on arrival, i.e. the grass must be cut. The landlord is not liable for any items left behind – including caravans/tents. Any items left behind will be removed at the tenant’s expense.

One caravan, one awning and one tool tent per pitch is permitted. The pitch must be left in a neat and tidy condition each time. This means that windbreaks are taken down, bicycles and dinghies are placed behind the caravan and beer crates and other items are removed each time you leave the pitch.

Containers for glass, bottles, daily waste and barrels for hot coals have been set up in the south and north.

Disposal of all other waste is the responsibility of the tenant.

There is a maximum of 1 vehicle per pitch, the vehicle must be kept within the camping unit.

Dogs are allowed on the campsite, but must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs must be walked outside the campsite – or in the dog-free area by the ball fields. Dog waste is also removed in the verge along Strandvejen.
